Stay   calm
Yesterday's sun can't dry today's clothes. Tomorrow's rain won't catch you today.
Be happy with the little that you have.

There  are  people with nothing that still manage to smile.

That apartment may not be a house
(but you have a place to stay)

That car may not be a Benz
(but you're not walking)

That job might not be the best
(but you're working)

Something is always better than nothing
(half-full is better than empty)

Keep calm, when one door closes another one will open.

Keep calm and know Rome wasn't built in a day.
Keep calm because it's really the right thing to do.

Some things have to end for better things to begin.
Failures are an important part of our lives
because they only shape us for the better.
Sometimes things fall apart
so that better things can fall together.

If you want to enjoy the rainbow,
be prepared to endure the storm.
Without rain, nothing grows,
learn to embrace the storms of your life.

Calmness is a human superpower.  The ability to not overreact or take things personally keeps your mind clear and your heart at peace.  Some memories never leave your bones, like salt in the sea; they become part of you, and you carry them.  In the dark days of your life, you will need the wings of hope to continue flying.  Anxiety is when the butterflies in your stomach turn into bees.  Give your stress wings and let it fly away.  Starlight, star bright, everything will be all right.

The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling but in rising every time we fall.  Sometimes you have to accept the fact that certain things will never go back to how they used to be.  Sometimes you need to burn bridges to stop yourself from crossing them again.  Learn the lesson, release the pain, and move on.  Scars remind us of where we have been, not where we are headed.  Accept what is and let go of what was.  And have faith in what will happen.
If you want to shine like the sun, first burn like the sun.  Walk slowly, but never walk backwards.  The way to happiness is to keep your heart free from hate and your mind free from worry.  You cannot prevent the birds of sorrow from flying over your head, but you can prevent them from building nests in your hair.  Sometimes, you just have to take a deep breath and relax.  For fast-acting relief, try slowing down.

Step out of the history that is holding you back.  Step into the new story you are willing to create.  Happiness is beautiful for your soul, it's calming for you and people around you.  Worry is a state of mind based upon fear.  Worry is a total waste of time.  It doesn't change anything.  All it does is steal your joy and keep you very busy doing nothing.  You can't always have a good day.  But you can always face a bad day with a good attitude.  Never regret a day in your life.  Good days give you happiness; bad days give you experience, worst days give you lessons, and best days give you memories.  If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.  The level of your consciousness depends on the calmness of your mind.  Nothing is permanent in this world, not even our troubles.  Things change as time changes; be calm and patient.  The best lessons you can learn in life is to master how to remain calm.  Train your mind to be calm in every storm.  It will serve you well.  A pearl is a beautiful thing that is produced by an injured life.  An oyster takes an irritating grain of sand and makes it into a pearl.  It is the tear from the injury to the oyster.  If we had not been injured, then we would not have produced the pearl.  Be calm and wear pearls.

You live life looking forward; understand life looking backward.  Stop being a prisoner of your past.  Become the architect of your future.  One bad chapter doesn't mean your life is over.  Turn the page and move on.  Chaos is an angel who fell in love with a demon.  It's hard to sleep when your heart is at war with your mind.  Sometimes, all you can do is lie in bed and hope to fall asleep before you fall apart.  Sometimes think you want to disappear, but all you really want is to be found.  If you feel like you're losing everything, remember that trees lose their leaves every year, but they still stand tall and wait for better days to come.  Sometimes we have to cut off the dead branches in our life to keep the tree alive.  It's hard and it hurts.  To calm yourself down when you're nervous, take some deep breaths to help your body relax and reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and anger.  Inner peace begins the moment you take a deep breath and choose not to allow another person or event to control your emotions.  Clean out the enormous mass of mental and emotional rubbish that clutters our minds.  Steady ourselves with simple rituals.  Fold the laundry, water the plants, and do the dishes.

Your mind is your true enemy.  If you don't control it, it will control you.  Instead of worrying about what you cannot control, shift your energy to what you can create.  Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow; it only saps today of its joy.  Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow; it empties today of its strength.  Never give up on someone with a health illness.  When “
I’ is replaced by “we,” illness becomes wellness.  When you are stressed, you eat ice cream, cake, chocolate, and sweets.  Why ?  Because   " stressed "  spelled backwards is  " desserts ".

Never cut a tree down in the winter.  The spring will come.  Never make a negative decision at a low time.  Be patient.  Never make your most important decisions when you are in your worst mood.  A beautiful, colorful rainbow could not exist if it were not for the rain on a grey day.  Stop trying to calm the storm; calm yourself; the storm will pass.

Patience is the ability to calmly wait or endure hardship without complaint or anger. Keep your pants on and be patient.
